Oanh Le is an experienced consultant specializing in talent acquisition, with solid expertise in leading recruitment departments for industry-leading companies.

With 15 years of experience in human resources and recruitment, Oanh has demonstrated her expertise in developing and implementing recruitment processes within organizations undergoing transformation, while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and leveraging external partners.

Her deep understanding of business and talent market dynamics enables her to define first-class HR strategies and advise executives on team development, while navigating complex environments.

Prior to advising companies on their talent acquisition strategies, Oanh served as Group Talent Acquisition Director at Ingenico, where she led the carve-out of recruitment activities across the EMEA, APAC, and Americas regions as part of the company’s acquisition by the private equity fund Apollo Global Management.

Oanh holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and Human Resources.
